David McKamish has been with the company since its inception in 1975. Starting out in the field, David has practical experience in estimating, project management and building the work. In 1983, David became President and CEO and has grown McKamish to what it is today.
Dennis McKamish joined the company in 1980 and oversees all financial functions. As Chief Financial Officer, he consistently works toward ensuring profits and promoting growth within the company.
John Jordan has been a McKamish Manager for over twenty-five years. As Vice President of Sales and Estimating, John pairs his deep knowledge of the company and industry with his understanding of his customers' needs to accurately price and exceed expectations.
David Lyon has been in the mechanical construction industry for almost thirty years. As Vice President of Operations, David oversees all activities relating to shop fabrication and field installation. With both a professional engineering and project management background, David knows the most efficient and cost effective ways to fabricate and build the work.
Neil Menzies has been in the mechanical construction industry for over thirty years. As Sales and Estimating Manager, he ensures the timely delivery of accurate estimates. A plumber by trade with experience from England to Minnesota to Pittsburgh, Neil brings a diversified background that offers a wide variety of solutions for our customers' needs.
Kevin McKamish has been with the company for five years. As Controller, Kevin oversees all of the day to day accounting functions at McKamish and continually works toward controlling costs.
Joe Osborn has been with McKamish for over ten years. After two years of working in the Accounting Group, Joe began to work in the Service Group while implementing a new service software. As the General Manager of the Service Group, Joe works hard to create an environment of teamwork and collaboration with all of our clients.
As a professional mechanical engineer with over thirty years of experience in the AEC industry, Bob Ward is responsible for the management of McKamish design-build/assist projects and business development. Bob leverages his expertise from working in the architecture and engineering fields with his knowledge of construction to benefit the project through collaboration between all members of the team.
As Safety Director, Anthony Frangione is responsible for promoting a positive safety culture through an effective program and employee involvement. Anthony understands that our employees are the most important asset we have; and promoting teamwork and communication will ensure the safety from the pre-planning stages to the completion stages on our projects.
