Management Team

David McKamish

David McKamish has been with the company since its inception in 1975. Starting out in the field, David has practical experience in estimating, project management and building the work. In 1983, David became President and has grown McKamish to what it is today. As CEO, he remains the majority owner of the company and focuses on mentoring the current leadership. 

Dennis McKamish

Dennis McKamish joined the company in 1980 and oversees all financial functions. As Chief Financial Officer, he consistently works toward ensuring profits and promoting growth within the company.

John Jordan

John Jordan has been a McKamish Manager for more than thirty years.  As President, John pairs his deep knowledge of the company and industry with his understanding of his customers' needs to manage McKamish and ensures that our Team is exceeding expectations. 

David Lyon

David Lyon has been in the mechanical construction industry for almost thirty years. As Vice President of Design-Build, Dave oversees all of our in-house design team, as well as our design-assist/design-build projects. With both a professional engineering and project management background, Dave knows the most efficient and cost effective ways to design, fabricate and build the work. 

Neil Menzies

Neil Menzies has been in the mechanical construction industry for over thirty years. As Vice President of Sales and Estimating, he ensures the timely delivery of accurate estimates. A plumber and steamfitter by trade with experience from England to Minnesota to Pittsburgh, Neil brings a diversified background that offers a wide variety of solutions for our customers' needs. 

Marc Mushnok

Marc Mushnok has been with McKamish for ten years and has over twenty-six years of industry experience. As Director of Operations, Marc is responsible for managing project management, planning, shop, and all field activities. Starting out in the field as a plumber and working his way to Project Manager, Marc understands what it takes to successfully build a mechanical construction project. His attention to detail and customer oriented mindset will enable successful construction projects from planning through project completion. 

Kevin McKamish

Kevin McKamish has been with the company for nine years. As Controller, Kevin oversees all of the day to day accounting functions, HR and IT groups at McKamish. He continually works toward controlling costs throughout the company.

Joe Osborn

Joe Osborn has been with McKamish for 13 years and had an additional 4 years of professional Management. As the General Manager of Service, Joe is responsible for all sales and operational activities for Maintenance Contracts, Service Projects, and Emergency Service. Joe works hard to create a collaborative relationship with all of our clients with a focus on total cost of operations for building owners. 

Robert Ward

As a professional mechanical engineer with over thirty years of experience in the AEC industry, Bob Ward is responsible for the management of McKamish design-build/assist projects. Bob leverages his expertise from working in the architecture and engineering fields with his knowledge of construction to benefit the project through collaboration between all members of the team.

Anthony Frangione

As Safety Director, Anthony oversees the corporate health, safety and environmental performance of McKamish, including all risk management and insurance responsibilities. Anthony understands that our employees are what makes McKamish successful, and promoting our Safety Vision assures safety excellence will be achieved from the pre-planning stage to the completion stage on all projects.
