McKamish was the HVAC and plumbing contractor for the Smith and Nephew tenant fit-out. This project involved the complete fit-out of an existing core and shell space to create fully functional laboratory and office environments.
Our scope included the installation of multiple specialized exhaust systems designed to safely capture and remove particulates generated during testing processes, ensuring compliance with stringent laboratory safety standards. In addition, we installed ductwork systems to support the heating, ventilation, and air distribution needs of both the lab and office spaces, providing a comfortable and controlled indoor environment.
Careful coordination was required to integrate new mechanical systems within the existing structure, optimizing performance while maintaining flexibility for future tenant needs.
