McKamish was the HVAC and plumbing contractor for the new Radiopharmacy project at UPMC Montefiore.

This project included the renovation of existing hospital space into new office areas, along with the construction of a new pharmaceutical laboratory building.
Our scope involved installing a welded stainless steel exhaust system, complete with a bag-in/bag-out filter housing designed for the safe removal of hazardous materials. We also installed two rooftop units to serve the laboratory spaces, as well as two closed-loop chillers dedicated to owner-provided equipment.
