McKamish was selected as the plumbing contractor for the conversion of Heinz Lofts.

Originally used as offices and an auditorium for the Heinz Corporation, the services building was converted into a multi-family apartment complex. The 187,000 square foot building features 151 units. As the design-build plumbing contractor, McKamish integrated cost savings by installing a provent waste system and pex tubing water distribution. Our team worked hand in hand with PWSA to modify and upgrade the sanitary/storm sewer systems that service the building. McKamish performed a lot of up front survey and stack replacement work to streamline the installation process.
